Celebrated Chef Ming Tsai has won several awards for himself and his two restaurants – Blue Ginger and Blue Dragon. Ming also has authored five cookbooks. He has had several culinary shows with the Food Network since 1998, the current, Simply Ming, is where he invited Fatima to cook a healthy menu with him. You can follow the recipes and cook along as Fatima makes a mustard seed shrimp with a chopped chickpea salad and Ming makes a chickpea stew with tofu.
